Where is my shipping confirmation?

Once you place an order on wanted.com, we immediately will begin processing your item. Once the item is ordered and processed, a shipping tracking number will be assigned to your order. This can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.You will receive this number by email.

 

How long does it take to get my item?

Once your order is placed, we contact our supplier to furnish the item to you as quickly as possible. Orders take 2-4 business days to process then they are shipped to you. Shipping typically takes 15-25 days depending on your country. Most orders are received within 2 weeks.

Why did I not get all my items in 1 shipment? 

To bring you the best prices possible, wanted.com uses multiple shipping providers from all over the world. This means that in order to get you the item you ordered as quickly as possible we have the shipping company send the item as soon as it is ready. This will sometimes lead to multiple shipping tracking numbers and different delivery dates.
